Shael P. McDonald
Shael obtained her Master of Jurisprudence in Energy Law from Tulsa University College of Law and completed her B.A. in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith.
Shael supervises all national testing for University of Arkansas – Fort Smith and serves as proctor for all correspondence testing in accordance with the National College Testing Association (NCTA) rules. She works with the ADA Coordinator on campus to proctor all ADA Compass tests according to federal regulations. As the Testing Center Director, Shael is responsible for the performance and leadership development of her team; upholding the ethical integrity of the Testing Center; and maintaining compliance with all applicable national and state testing guidelines. Shael is active in the community as a Trustee of Park Partners of Fort Smith, Inc. and Treasurer/Director of Keep Fort Smith Beautiful.
