Freshman Merit Scholarships
Priority Deadline: November 15
There is NO separate scholarship application for these awards.
Students are encouraged to apply early for admission to UAFS for priority consideration for Freshman Merit Scholarships. Scholarships are awarded as long as funding remains available. Eligible students will be those high school seniors graduating in the spring and begin seeking a bachelor degree through UAFS in the Fall of that same year. All scholarships are for 4 years or completion of undergraduate degree.
Merit Scholarships do not apply to UA Fayetteville Engineering Classes

Housing Information
Your housing application is available online.

NOTE: Freshman Merit Scholarship recipients are not required to live on campus; however, the housing portion may only be applied to on-campus housing. Students who do not wish to use the Housing portion of their scholarship in the first year, forfeit the entire housing portion. Where in after, the housing portion of the scholarship must be used consecutively in order to receive it each year.
